We are looking for a Logistics Engineer (f/m/d) for our business partner, a company based in Essen, to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks as a Logistics Engineer (f/m/d)
- Are you interested in the holistic optimization of value streams between suppliers and parts assembly in assembly?
- As a planning and logistics specialist, you will plan and optimize supply processes in parts logistics assembly from the supplier to the installation site
- This includes analyzing and evaluating supply processes from a strategic, economic, structural and production-related perspective together with logistics planning colleagues from the plants concerned
- You support the specialist purchasing department in supplier selection as part of the cloverleaf work together with development and QMT
- The implementation of measures to improve efficiency in logistics by designing simple supply processes together with the process partners is also one of their tasks
- In addition, you try to influence the product from a logistics perspective in early project phases in the SE team work and thus save costs in logistics
That's what we want from you:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering or production technology with a focus on logistics or a comparable qualification
- In-depth experience in the automotive or supplier industry as well as extended WPS or lean production knowledge
- Business fluent German and good English skills, team and communication skills, assertiveness, structured way of working and analytical thinking skills
