2nd Level Supporter (f/m/d)

We are looking for a 2nd Level Supporter (f/m/d) for our business partner, a company based in Monheim, at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks as a 2nd Level Supporter (f/m/d)

You are responsible for the acceptance, classification, prioritization and processing of incidents as part of 2nd level support (including documentation in the ticket system)
You escalate far-reaching disruptions to the administrator
You are the contact person (f/m/d) for colleagues from other departments and your 1st level support regarding your hardware and peripherals (in person as well as via ticket system, telephone and e-mail)
You regularly take part in internal training courses and workshops to keep your IT knowledge up to date
You will be involved in projects within the IT department (e.g. introduction of new software, user training, etc.)

That's what we want from you:

Successfully completed training as an IT specialist (f/m/d) or a comparable qualification (e.g. professional experience or a degree in this field)
First professional experience in 2nd level support, especially in the Windows environment
Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware and peripheral devices
Confident handling of Active Directory and working in ticket systems
Knowledge of the M365 environment and Windows servers (2016, 2019) is desirable (but not an exclusion criterion!)
Fluency in German and English
