We are looking for a 1st Level Supporter (f/m/d) for our business partner, a company based in Düsseldorf, to start as soon as possible.
Support and placement as well as all our other services are free of charge for you as an applicant.

Your tasks as a 1st Level Supporter (f/m/d)
- You are responsible for the acceptance, classification, prioritization and processing of incidents as part of 1st level support (including documentation in the ticket system)
- You escalate in-depth faults to 2nd level support or the administrator
- You are the first point of contact for colleagues from other departments regarding your hardware and peripherals (in person and via the ticket system, telephone and email)
- You regularly take part in internal training courses and workshops to keep your IT knowledge up to date
- You will be involved in projects within the IT department (e.g. introduction of new software, user training, etc.)
That's what we want from you:
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist (f/m/d) or a comparable qualification (e.g. professional experience or a degree in this field)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft clients
- First professional experience in IT support, especially in the Windows environment
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Knowledge of the M365 environment, Mobile Device Management and Active Directory is desirable (but not an exclusion criterion!)
